1st Transnational Meeting

The first transnational meeting took place in Manresa, Spain, in November 2017, at the facilities of the coordinating school. Two teachers from each school participated in the meeting. The main purpose was to review the work already done in the previous months and clarify some aspects about the coordination and the implementation of the project. The agenda included items such as the presentation of the KA219 partnership, online platforms, and the timeline of the project activities and meetings. We also discussed the expected results of the project and the activities as well as the working means, i.e., online platforms and sources of information. We also designed short-terms activities for the upcoming stage of the project. The responsibilities of the partners were defined as for the tasks involved in the project and the dissemination of the project inside and outside their organisations. We also met representatives of the city council for social services and representatives of Caritas Manresa in order to gather information and present the project to them.

2nd Transnational Meeting

The second transnational meeting took place in Göppingen, Germany. Two teachers from each school participated in the meeting. The items of the agenda were: agreements with national agencies; upcoming meetings and timeline; use of Mobility Tool+; organisation of the eTwinning platform; review of the activities and results of the first stage of the project; design of short-term activities for the upcoming stage; activities of dissemination and impact; questions and requests; satisfaction survey. One of the goals of  the meeting was to provide information about the administrative management of the project according to the agreements already signed by each partner. For  this reason, the agreements were carefully reviewed. On the other hand, we presented and coordinated the results of the second stage of the project, discussing what could be maintained and  improved for the next stages. After designing short-term activities, each partner presented their activities of dissemination and sustainability.

3rd Transnational Meeting

This meeting took place in Lublin, Poland. Two teachers from each school participated in the meeting, and the agenda was as follows: interim reports; upcoming transnational meetings and timeline of the project;  activities on eTwinning; activities of dissemination, impact, and sustainability of the project; review of the activities and results of the third stage of the project; design of activities; questions and request; satisfaction survey. In this meeting, the  results of the third stage of the project were presented and coordinated, taking into account the improvements already discussed in the second meeting. The  partners designed short-term activities for our students at their schools and on the eTwinning platform. They also presented some activities of dissemination and the ways to ensure the sustainability of the project upon its completion were also discussed.

4th Transnational Meeting

The fourth transnational meeting took place in Kavala, Greece, in September 2018, with two teachers for each school and with the following agenda items: interim report (instructions and information about how to complete the interim report); upcoming transnational meetings and timeline of the project, review of the activities of the previous stage of the project; design of activities for the upcoming stage; activities of dissemination of the project; questions and request; satisfaction survey. This meeting focused on the interim report as main administrative topic. Furthermore, we reviewed the results achieved in the previous stage of the project and planned the online activities that would be proposed to our students in the upcoming stage of the project. We also organised a joint dissemination activity at the school facilities. Finally, we held a meeting with representatives of the Social Welfare Centre of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and the Nea Kavala Refugee Camp.

5th Transnational Meeting

The fifth transnational meeting of the project took place in Rome, Italy, in January 2019, in the facilities of the Liceo Scientifico Morgagni. Two teachers from each school participated in the meeting. The main items of the agenda were: evaluation of the interim reports; upcoming transnational meetings and timeline of the project; activities on eTwinning; activities of dissemination, impact, and sustainability of the project;  review of the activities and results of the previous stage of the project; design of activities; questions and request; satisfaction survey. One of the goals of the meeting was to provide information about the evaluation of the interim reports submitted by the German, Spanish and Polish partners to the national agencies (the other partners had not been asked to submit this report to the national agencies). For this reason, the evaluations were carefully reviewed. We also presented and coordinated the results of the previous stage of the project, discussing what could be maintained and improved for the next stages taking into account the evaluation of the interim reports. After designing short-term activities for the following period, each partner presented their activities and plans of dissemination. We also met representatives of social associations of the Trastevere and Monteverde district of Rome. As agreed in Kavala, two Danish students participated in the meeting in Rome collaborating in the review of the partial results, providing feedback to the partnership, and organising a joint dissemination activity of the project together with other students in the community of the receiving school. Finally, we held a meeting with representatives of the Associazione Comboniana Servizio Emigranti (ACSE) in Lazio.

6th Transnational Meeting

The purpose of this meeting in Næstved (Denmark), in April 2019, was to organise the final stage of the project and provide information about the completion of the final report for the national agencies of each partner country. The main agenda meetings were the closure of the project, review of the students' activities, final reports, information to be included in the Mobility Tool platform, and the activities of dissemination and sustainability of the project. The partners decided to organise activities in their own communities in order to disseminate the final results of the project, using means such as oral presentations, press reports, and websites of our schools. The coordinating school will be informed about these activities. We also reviewed the information that must be included in the Mobility tool platform. On the other hand, we reviewed the activities of our students in order to prepare the final outcomes. For this purposes, this transnational meeting was attended by the teachers responsible for the project of each school, as well as by two students from each school in charge to organise the final results and provide us with feedback about the activities carried out so far. Moreover, the partners met with representatives of the Danish social association Hus forbi. We also organised a joint dissemination activity at the school facilities.
